Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
1. Who we are
FinSymmetry (“we”, “us”) is a virtual financial analysis and advisory practice. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it's handled.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, through forms on this site:
- Contact form: name, email, service of interest, and your message.
- Business Assessment: name, company, email or phone, and your answers to the assessment questionnaire.
- Custom Package builder: name, company, email or phone, selected services, and engagement preferences.
- Feedback form: name, email (optional), company (optional), rating, and testimonial text.
- Call bookings: handled directly by Calendly, which has its own privacy policy governing that data.
We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this site.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, generate the report or package you requested, get in touch about a potential engagement, and — where you've agreed to be contacted — follow up. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database (hosted by Neon) and this site is hosted on Vercel. Submission notifications are sent to our team via Gmail. Each of these providers maintains its own security and infrastructure standards; we don't store your information on any other systems beyond what's needed to respond to you.
5. Third-party services
- Calendly — used for booking calls. Calendly processes that data under its own privacy policy.
- Gmail / Google Workspace — used to receive email notifications of form submissions.
- Neon (Postgres) and Vercel — used to store submissions and host this website.
6. How long we keep it
We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain business records, or until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Cookies & tracking
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it before any tracking is enabled.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
